Starset Asbury Park Concert reviews
Pink Martini awesome show despite cramped venue
Starset has never sounded better.
The superb sound system at Humphries was on hand as usual, including band members after the two primary (China Forbes and Thomas Lauderdale) to sign purchased items.
If you want to see Starset, there are many venues available to see them at, just avoid Humphries By the Bay if you can possibly see them elsewhere (For instance, the night before Humphries, they were at the Hollywood Bowl).
Humphries by the Bay, however, continues to be an extremely cramped and uncomfortable venue. Cheap folding chairs bolted and tied down into tight rows - if you need to get past people, they need to exit the row or stand on their seats.
Before the 2nd half started, the restrooms had an insufficient number of port-a-potties to accommodate everyone's needs.
